Certified Guestroom Attendant

You will learn to ;

  • House Keeping.

  • Dusts the room and furniture.

  • Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.

  • Cleans the bathroom.

  • Cleans the closet.

  • Vacuums and racks the carpet.

  • Checks and secures the rooms.

  • Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.

  • Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards

  • Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

  • Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required

  • Cleans guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor.

  • Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.

  • Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area.

  • Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.

  • Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.

  • Authorize to enter in guestrooms for cleaning and providing turn down services as per requirement.

  • Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.

  • Responsible for achieving and  guest satisfaction.

Certified Restaurant Server

  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

  • Attend to customers upon entrance

  • Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

  • Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products

  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

  • Issue bills and accept payment

  • Promote dedication from customers

Certified Maintenance Employee

 

  • Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. (Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.) 

  • Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; repairs or replaces broken parts. 

  • Cleans and inspects boiler; treats water with proper chemicals. 

  • Calibrates and repairs pneumatic systems. 

  • Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks and closets; installs window blinds. 

  • Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. 

  • May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems. 

  • Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed. 

  • Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches; repairs refrigeration equipment. 

  • May repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security. 

  • May install computer cable. 

  • Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required. 

  • Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures. 

  • Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. 

  • Performs outside custodial duties such as snow removal as required. 

  • May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed. 

Certified Kitchen Cook

  • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

  • Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

  • Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Certified Breakfast Attendant

  • Welcoming and providing with personalized service to all guests.

  • Assists guests by helping them to seat and pouring coffee, cleaning tables and also cleaning of dining and buffet area.

  • Attend to hotel guest needs and requests.

  • Must be aware of restaurants menu items and beverage choices.

  • Must know about the entire property, services, hours of operation, locations, near by places of interest etc.

  • Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere.

  • Preparing foods such as fruit and milk machines or dispensers.

  • Responsible for stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.

  • Ensure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner.

  • Setting out / arranging cold food such as sweet rolls, muffins, donuts, cereal, etc, for self-service.

  • Wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the breakfast shift.

  • Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.

  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use.

  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

  • Any other duties around preparation, set up and service of the complimentary breakfast.

  • Maintain the inventory of all breakfast products.

  • Able to work with point of sale software and inventory software.

  • Generate KOT (Kitchen order ticket), add modifiers or remarks and able to make settlements in case of paid breakfasts.

  • Washing, wiping serving equipment and returning it to storage.

  • Locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.

  • Returning reusable supplies to storage.

  • Responsible for taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day.

  • Assist with closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations.

  • Work as a team member in aspects such as: cleaning, side work, food preparation and storage.

  • Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift.

  • Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service at all times.

  • Solve guest issues with professionalism and always maintain hospitable attitude.

  • Any other duties as requested by restaurant supervisor / captain or man

Certified Guest Service Personnel

  • Customer Service/Communication Skills: Guest service representatives talk, listen and help resolved conflicts with customers. An expert communicator will be able to listen effectively to find the root cause of issues, and communicate clearly and in a friendly way to solve the issue and keep the customer happy.

  • Patience: Guest service representatives might have to deal with confused or irate customers. Having patience will help you stay polite, even in stressful situations.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand. Being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job.
